I love when school gets out in our home. That means slow down time for me and the kids! I look forward to this time every year because this is when I evaluate my schedule for the upcoming year, get some tasks done around here that I need to get done, and just figure out where *I* am at spiritually.
This year we are going to slow it down even more by staying home even more than we did last year. I think we have three or four events all summer long planned. The kids have asked to just kind of hang around the house so that they can play with the neighborhood kids.
Me? I am planning on reading and relaxing. . . and of course blogging about my (cough) lazy summer!
