I picked up a book this week to review and was blown away with one of the first things I read. I always scan the back cover before cracking open any of the pages. This is what I was met with:
Do you feel too busy? Do you worry about the future? Do disappointments in life drain your joy?
From just that beginning description, I was totally hooked. Those words are exactly how I have been feeling recently. Needless to say, I devoured this book in less than three days--the reading part that is. After you read the first section, then you have a 40 day journal that helps you change your way of thinking using encouragement, praise, and God's word--something I seriously needed. If you are struggling right now with those same feelings, may I suggest this book as your next purchase? As you go through the 40 days, you will begin to see a difference in your outlook on things.
