This weekend has been a little tough for me because we always do many things on the weekend and are away from the house. So I decided to add one cheat day in each week. This gives me the ability to stay on track for 6 days and then have 1 day to just enjoy a few of my favorite things.
Working out is becoming easier and making better choices is becoming easier. I am adding more vegetables to my plate and drinking water instead of soda (although I do allow 1 glass of soda a day with supper and it is diet soda).
Anyway, that is where I am at right at this moment with my challenge!

Many diets actually recommend having a "cheat" day each week. It is supposed to keep you from feeling deprived and also helps with your metabolism or something I think.
