July Fun

July has been a really fun month for us as we have had lots of stuff going on. For starters, we spent the 4th of July with our friends Mark and Wendy and their family. I think it has become tradition to go over to Mark's dad's house and watch the fireworks. I have a blast and so do the kids. They put on a fireworks show that is SO much better than what I could go watch anywhere else, and they let our kids participate in the lighting of the fireworks, so it is FUN FUN FUN for everyone!










Then last week, we had the opportunity to go our local water park. That turned out to be sooo much fun! The kids each took a friend, so I was able to rest and relax and enjoy some sun. I caught up on my reading and made some plans in my mind for this upcoming school year.













We have about 3 weeks of summer left and then it will be time for school to start. I am really excited because we are using a new curriculum this year that I know my kids are going to love. Be sure and spend some time having fun and enjoying your kids this summer....they grow up so fast!
