Grilled BBQ Pork Sandiwches

Grilling out is one of my favorite things to do during the summer. This past year, we tried something a little different. We made Grilled BBQ Pork Sammies with Grilled French Fries. All I can say is YUMMY!!!

We purchased pork chops and grilled them over an open fire on our grill. We also cut up a few potatoes, seasoned them, wrapped them in foil and put them on the grill as well. As you can see from the photo, we topped our sandwiches with coleslaw. This was the best dish I have prepared!! Here are the recipes!

BBQ Grilled Pork Sammies
1 pack of boneless porkchops
bbq sauce to taste
favorite Kaiser rolls
Grill chops on grill. Baste with bbq sauce until chops are done. Remove from heat and then allow to set for 10 minutes. Chop up and place on toasted buns.
Coleslaw
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
9 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup minced sweet onion
Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, milk, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Toss the cabbage, carrots, and onion into the dressing; mix well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or up to overnight before serving.
Grilled French Fries
5 Russet Potatoes cut up into french fries
Seasoning Salt
Aluminum Foil
Season potatoes and place in aluminum foil. Close up and place on grill until potatoes are brown and tender.
