I love these pictures of the kids. During a very bad storm last week that knocked out our power for several hours, they both decided to do something productive. Robert was reading the Kingdom Series by Chuck Black (which is a GREAT series if you have boys), and Kayla decided to do some of her math.
I love it when they choose to have peace in the midst of the storm and trust their Savior instead of being frightened by the wind and the rain.
What a lesson I learned that evening.
