Momology

I really enjoyed reading this book. There were many positive aspects that Momology helped me see about myself. One of my favorite parts of this book was on the Core--the inner mom. I found out that my core is not as positive about myself as it should be. I have a bad habit of being negative of myself and that comes out in my attitude toward my kids.
