Out of all the books I have had to review, this is one that I did not enjoy. The title of the book is a little misleading. While the diet program that he used (and he repeatedly says it was not a program, but he kept calling it that--very confusing) was an all you can eat diet, it was only for healthy food (that's okay, but don't mislead).
Right up front, the guy says he ate all the things he loved while on this diet, but comparing his list before the diet and the list after he started, the foods were not the same. It just seemed that his theory was very contradictory.
This is one book that I do not recommend. I just feel like it is another fad diet that might work for some and not for others.
