Our favorite thing to do when it rains outside, is to just hang out in the house with each other. Kayla loves to read, so sometimes you might find her curled up on the couch with a good book.
Robert loves board games. We have a large amount of board games tucked away for family nights and rainy day activities! One of his favorites is Monopoly. This is probably because he usually wins. I usually lose. I am never good at this game!
Another one of our rainy day activities is cooking. The kids love momma's new found "made from scratch" recipes. Their favorite is our pizza! Kayla loves to get her hands in the dough. She says it feels so squishy!! Robert just likes to wait until it's done!
We also love to make things. I keep a stash of easy to make crafts in my email in-box for just this moment! When we need to fill our time with something, we pull out the glitter, glue, scissors and construction paper and go to town!!
