21 Days to a Healthier Me

They say if you do anything straight for 21 days that it will become a habit, so I have decided to blog about the next 21 days. I am going to try and live a healthier lifestyle and see just what happens! Each evening, I will post about what I did that day, what I ate, any activity that went on, so if you are interested in whether this works or not, tune in!
