Day 1 of 21 Days to a Healthier Me

Today I did really good. I woke up early and had a light breakfast of wheat toast with some strawberries. I had my cup of coffee and drank plenty of water.

I worked out this morning by doing sit ups and going walking around the yard. I ate a light lunch and kept myself pretty busy.

Tonight...I bombed. It seems that my worst time to eat is at night so I need to get me some fruits and veggies to eat at night as a crunch to get myself in a habit of not pigging at supper which is what I did.

BUT other than that I think I did pretty well for my first day. Tomorrow I am going to add walking in. So I will be watching what I eat better tomorrow, continuing my water drinking and adding walking in.

I sure hope I can keep this up. Oh and by the way...I can not even believe I am telling you this! My weight ....is....174 pounds! YIKES I must be crazy for sharing this with you!

Good luck with your 21 day challenge. It doesn't matter where you start, it's how you finish. You'll do great.
